The results of this Study compare pricing and operational standards for Dining Service operations within various institutions.

This study also helps participants identify and implement improvements to their Dining Service methods and practices through Benchmarking.

To protect participant confidentiality, the data in this report is presented in aggregate form.

Participants can measure their Dining Service performance by comparing their Facility reports to determine whether they are below, at, or above the Data Pool Average (DPA).
