How we help Auxiliary Services answer the question, “Are my customers and team members safe?”
-
Onsite Qualitative Safety and Mitigation Assessment
This assessment can be done annually, bi-annually, or quarterly.
We assess current onsite dining services for safety protocols using our quantitative and qualitative reporting tools. We assess your services all the way from the front of the house to the back of the house.
After we have conducted a full safety analysis, we work with the current dining services team to recommend best practices and/or changes that need to be made to keep their customers and team members safe. By performing this assessment annually or bi-annually, our clients have been able to save money, keep employees safer, and maintain the highest safety standards for their customers. Our clients have mentioned that this tool frees them up to deal with bigger issues because they know that the day-to-day operations are running efficiently. If at any time issues arise, clients are alerted so that adjustments can be made in real-time.
-
Contract Compliance
This assessment is done on a per contract or SOW time period.
Daily operations can consume so much time for Dining Service managers that small things can fall through the cracks. We take an in-depth look at your dining service operations contract to alert you when certain items should be assessed or addressed in your dining services team, whether self-operated or contracted.
After going through your Auxiliary Services contract, we set up an alert system to make you aware of current documents, contract timing, etc. that you should be aware of.

Dining Concept Evaluation
This assessment is done on an as-needed basis.
We go through the different elements of your Auxiliary Services all the way from traffic flow to purchase habits to create a concept that fulfills customer desires as well as productivity and production needs. We critically assess if this location is helpful, inviting, and serves the purpose that our clients desire.
